SENIOR DEVELOPER
What will you be doing?
Estimate, design and implement software to satisfy business requirements with minimal oversight;
Interact with stakeholders to establish software requirements and constraints;
Oversee or execute the deployment and subsequent release of software.
Candidate Requirements
A Bachelors of Science or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years experience developing software;
At least 2 years of experience working with PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript and MySQL;
Experience working with a software repository system, ideally git;
Experience with credit card processing or any external 3rd party API interaction an asset.
A pragmatic approach to iterative design;
Experience working in a Linux environment;
Experience maintaining Apache & MySQL a strong asset.
The ability to recognize requirements and then conceive of and articulate practical solutions to satisfy those requirements a must.
WEB DESIGNER AND INTEGRATOR
What will you be doing?
Estimate, design and integrate pages under the guidance of site stakeholders;
Produce ads and other marketing material as required by a marketing team;
Optimizing page load times and sizes as well as observing modern W3C standards.
Candidate Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of experience in web design;
At least 1-2 years of experience working with HTML, CSS and Javascript;
Experience working with a software repository system, ideally git, an asset;
Experience with light PHP development an asset;
Experience producing marketing materials an asset.
